What determines your price
01
A focused decision costs less than a multi-market strategy, launch, or operating system.
02
Technical subjects, customer interviews, competitor depth, and approval groups increase the work.
03
More platforms, campaigns, content types, and reporting cycles require more coordination.
04
Copy, graphics, video, landing pages, and format variations are priced as defined deliverables.
05
Compressed launches, multiple review rounds, or fragmented feedback require additional capacity.
06
Tracking, CRM, integrations, compliance, technical fixes, and hands-on execution change the scope.
Compare scope - not only the fee
A standardized social package sells a repeatable quantity of posts. Reefline also offers execution, but its core value is connecting content and channels to positioning, decisions, and commercial priorities.
$750–$1,550/mo
Often 12–20 posts, selected platforms, monitoring, and repeatable production. Setup and advertising spend are commonly separate.
$750–$1,550/mo
Custom strategy, content pillars, calendar, captions, agreed static graphics, publishing support, and performance review. Quantity and platforms are defined in the proposal.
From $2,000/mo
Cross-channel direction, performance interpretation, priorities, and accountability. Recurring production and image creation are not included unless added.
About image creation
Strategy, advisory, and fractional leadership do not include recurring graphics by default. Managed social or campaign-asset scopes can include a defined number of static graphics and captions. Original photography, custom illustration, filming, advanced animation, extra formats, and additional revision rounds are quoted separately.

Why show ranges instead of one fixed price?
The same service name can represent very different research depth, markets, stakeholder involvement, channels, and implementation. The range gives you a planning number; the written proposal confirms the exact investment.
Is image or graphic creation included?
Not by default in strategy, advisory, or fractional leadership. Managed social or campaign-asset scopes may include an agreed number of static graphics and captions when the proposal lists them. Photography, custom illustration, filming, advanced motion, and additional formats are separate unless expressly included.
Are advertising spend and software included?
No. Media spend, software licenses, hosting, stock assets, printing, data providers, and third-party production are separate unless the proposal expressly includes them.
Can I combine services from both categories?
Yes. Many projects combine strategic foundation, launch support, and ongoing digital marketing. For example, a business may begin with a Brand & Market Audit, continue with messaging and website improvements, and then move into SEO, paid media, lead generation, or ongoing consulting. The final scope is built around your priorities rather than a fixed package.
Can we start with one project?
Yes. A Clarity Session, Brand & Market Audit, Growth Roadmap, GTM Strategy, messaging project, website, or channel sprint can be completed without an ongoing retainer.
Is there a minimum commitment?
One-time projects follow the agreed project schedule. Ongoing advisory, leadership, and execution usually begin with a recommended three-month initial period; the exact term and notice requirement appear in your proposal.
Does Reefline guarantee results?
No responsible marketing partner controls every market, platform, buyer, or client-side dependency. Reefline establishes practical baselines and KPIs, reports progress, and makes evidence-based recommendations. Any performance commitment must be written into the agreement.
Which industries do you work with?
Reefline Marketing specializes in businesses where clear communication and strategic direction are especially important. This includes biotech, life sciences, healthcare, medical services, wellness, hospitality, technical and B2B companies, small businesses, startups, creative brands, and emerging projects. We can also evaluate businesses outside these categories when the project aligns with our expertise.
Do you only work with businesses in New York?
No. Reefline Marketing is based in New York and works with businesses across the East Coast, California, the United States, and international markets. Most strategy, consulting, digital marketing, and campaign work can be completed remotely.
How long does a typical project take?
The timeline depends on the service and complexity of the project. A focused audit or strategy sprint may take one to three weeks, while website, launch, campaign, and go-to-market projects may require several weeks or months. Ongoing marketing and fractional support are usually structured as monthly engagements. The expected timeline will be defined before the project begins.
How do we get started?
